Digital Life TV mentioned a site this week called Pandora. The site allows you to enter a band or song you like and it suggests similar bands. The really cool thing about the site is that it allows you to listen to the suggested music. If you like discovering new bands this is definitely worth a look.
Looks like Steve Taylor, one of my favorite artists, has gotten into directing. His first motion picture, The Second Chance, stars Michael W. Smith and is about “how a rebellious son and a street-smart pastor struggle to bridge the gap between their respective churches and cultures”. Sounds interesting. Two Miami parents are sought in the death of their three month old daughter after feeding her the equivalent of three eight ounce glasses of vodka. The parents of the infant, who had a blood alcohol level of .47, claimed that the practice of giving alcohol to children was common in their native country of Haiti. Wha? Huh?
